	FEATURES: 
 
	1. Energy-saving clutch fixed on shaft of the main motor, using V-belt to drive Cylinder and then the taker-in driven, this structure is simple and reliable and smooth to start.
	2. A taker-in speed sensor is fixed to control its speed to suit the starting and stopping of Doffer, which prevents block-up of card.
 
	3. The Doffer motor adopts AC stepless frequency control piecing-up with low speed and running rapidly, it is convenient to operate, sensitive and reliable to control. Synchronous tooth belt make it run steadily with low noise.
 
	4. The feed roller is driven by a separate motor. AC stepless speed inverter is interlocked with Doffer.
 
	5. Three-roller cotton strippings, on the stripping roller, an actively transmitted cleaning roller is fitted to prevent the Doffer clothing from being damaged.
	6. Between the squeeze roll and calendar roller, a movable curl plate condenser is fixed to improve its working stability.
 
	7. The filter box is mounted on the left side of frame. The waste is stored into filter box by continuous suction, and then extracted to the outside suction system.
 
	8. The special workframe with high intensity, easily adjustable and convenient for dismounting of Cylinder screen.
 
	9. Suitable for laps or chute feeding.
